- Two actors who played on the show left:
- Diane Martin (same name on the show), who played Miss America, left because she did not fully understand Japanese (she had a voice actress speaking her lines on the show). She was replaced by Naomi Hagi (Maria Nagisa on the show)
- Yukio Itou (Kensaku Shiraishi on the show) who played Battle Cossack, got married and left because he wanted to spend time with his wife. He was replaced by Daisuke Ban (Makoto Jin on the show).
